Our Cancellation Policy
- A 60% service fee will be charged for cancellations/rescheduling made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. A 100% fee will be charged for any no-shows as well as cancellations/rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Please note that this policy also applies to pre-paid packages.
TO AVOID ANY FEES PLEASE RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED SERVICE.
Late Policies
- Please feel free to text me and let me know you are running late
- If you are running late, your treatment will still end at the original scheduled time in order to accommodate other patients who follow your appointment time
Payment
- Payment is due at the end of each treatment
- Cash is always the preferred method of payment, however, all major credit cards are accepted
- I do not accept insurance at this time but am happy to create a superbill for your insurance provider
